Your easy-to-read report can be shared with your builder so items can be addressed before closing. Every New Construction Inspection also includes thermal imaging at no additional charge to help identify hidden issues such as moisture intrusion, missing insulation, or leaks. |
11 Month Warranty InspectionsSchedule before your Builder's Warranty expiresYour builder’s 1-year warranty is an important safety net, but it only helps if issues are documented before it expires. Our 11-Month Warranty Inspection is a full-home inspection designed to identify defects, workmanship concerns, or issues that may have appeared since move-in.
We evaluate all major systems - roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interior, exterior, attic, foundation, and structure - and provide a clear report you can submit directly to your builder. This helps ensure repairs are completed while they are still covered. Every 11-Month Inspection also includes thermal imaging at no additional charge to help detect hidden issues such as moisture, leaks, missing insulation, or air-loss areas. |
